Our website was over 20 years old and required a complete overhaul, our logo was also dated and due for a refresh. After careful consideration we decided on Johnny Flash Productions for our logo and website redesign and we couldn't be happier with the results. We worked through the logo and website designs and within a couple of weeks, it felt as if we were all one company. John and his Team (For us we worked with Joli) provided the Path Forward for us on how to take our desire to have a brand new website to getting it launched and live. We started at a high level of who we were and what we wanted to accomplish with our website and what the overall format would be. John provided an up front schedule of what tasks would be completed by when from their team, and it also provided us the knowledge of when we would have to provide the content to them for inclusion into the website. There were tweaks along the way that we would make and feedback given, and it was always well received with the changes being made in a timely manner. Thanks John and Joli.

This process was so much easier than I expected. John listened carefully to what I was expecting to accomplish with our website and kept me focused on our objectives. During our interview process for our web development, marketing and branding project we met with organizations that had specific Church marketing expertise. Johnny Flash stood out to us in several ways. First of all, John Falke impressed us with his background and professionalism, along with his sincere attention to who we are and what we hoped to achieve with the project. John’s team had already completed several successful projects for other churches so we were able to see first hand the quality and creativity they could bring to our project. John was able to anticipate our needs from website development to branding and presented us with a proposal that was competitive and met our requirements in our tight timeline. We greatly appreciated the group’s straightforward on-boarding and project management process, enabling us to navigate the project with a clear definition of expectations on both sides. During development John’s group was very responsive to questions and concerns and displayed flexibility when needed. Our website design developed interactively and quickly, and was populated on the specified timeline. His team provided us with creative attractive solutions. During the design of our logo, the group worked with us, through several evolutions, to insure that we reached the best solution. We love the results! Our website is current, eye catching, easy to navigate and provides us with a platform for growth. Our logo is simple and attractive, and communicates clearly and faithfully who we are. I was looking for a level of professionalism that I was missing with my previous website companies.I love working with other small businesses, but find that - at least in the fields of website design and graphic design - they are not always great with project management, follow through and customer service.I can’t tell you how many times I’ve emailed a request for an update in my blog entry or in website content and not heard back from the designer for a week. Or I wrote an email asking for an update, only to receive no acknowledgement that the email was received and the changes scheduled to be made.I was looking for a web designer who was not only talented, but could deliver - and keep delivering what I needed month after month. And that’s exactly what I found with Johnny Flash.The website may have taken longer to complete than I had originally planned, but I never thought the project was not moving forward. I was content with the pace since I didn’t want to rush the process and be disappointed or unhappy with the final results.Johnny Flash brought ideas to the table that complemented what I wanted to do with my website; their final product exceeded my expectations.And after the website was complete, I was willing to pay more for the continuing monthly service than I had paid with other services because expectations were clearly laid out.
